BrochureBoss (“we,” “us”) runs brochureboss.com and the BrochureBoss app at brochureboss.com/app/. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Account information. When you create an account, we keep your email address and the sign-in details needed to let you back in.

Your projects. Projects you save to your library are stored on our servers so you can open them when you sign in. That includes what you put in them, such as text and pictures.

Email. If you email us or join the email list, we keep what you send, usually your name, email address, and message. The contact form on this site opens your own email app; nothing from it is stored on this website.

Server logs. Standard web server logs may record IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We use these for security and basic operations, not for advertising profiles.

Files you download. .bboss files and PDFs you download are saved on your own device. We don’t see the copies you keep there.

How we use information

We use it to run the app and your library, reply to you, and send updates you asked for. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.

Your documents

You own what you make. We don’t claim any rights to your documents beyond storing them so the app works. To have your account and saved projects deleted, email hello@brochureboss.com from the address on the account.

Cookies and tracking

The app stores what it needs in your browser to keep you signed in and working. These marketing pages don’t use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. If that changes, we will update this page.

Children

The service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site or app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
